1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of this website operated by MARTI RIKINA LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“MARTI RIKINA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. Website information only

Website content is provided for general business and informational purposes. It is not a proposal, binding offer, professional opinion, guarantee, or substitute for legal, regulatory, medical, scientific, tax, accounting, or other qualified advice.

Sending an inquiry, sharing project information, or discussing a potential engagement does not create a client, fiduciary, partnership, joint-venture, brokerage, or agency relationship. Services begin only when MARTI RIKINA and the client sign an applicable agreement or Project Order.

3. Services, pricing and production pathways

Service descriptions, packages, timelines, examples, and starting prices may change and are not binding until included in a signed agreement. Laboratory work, testing, packaging, components, production, freight, software, photography, fulfillment, and other third-party costs may be quoted separately.

Manufacturing and development pathways are determined separately for each product. Different products for the same client or brand may be handled by different approved laboratories, manufacturers, affiliates, or production facilities. Any actual engagement remains subject to the signed client agreement, Project Order, validation requirements, third-party rights, facility capabilities, and applicable law.

4. Intellectual property

The website and its text, design, graphics, photographs, branding, logos, case presentations, and other content are owned by or licensed to MARTI RIKINA and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for your internal evaluation. You may not reproduce, publish, sell, scrape, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit website content without prior written consent.

Formula ownership, technical-document rights, brand deliverables, licenses, and confidentiality obligations for client work are governed only by the applicable signed client agreement and Project Order, not by this website.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the website to:

• violate law, third-party rights, or security controls;
• introduce malicious code, interfere with operation, or attempt unauthorized access;
• misrepresent your identity or submit unlawful, deceptive, or infringing materials;
• harvest information, conduct automated extraction, or overload the website; or
• suggest that MARTI RIKINA endorses you, your product, or your claims without permission.

6. Third-party websites and services

Links to third-party websites, platforms, suppliers, and service providers are provided for convenience. MARTI RIKINA does not control and is not responsible for their availability, security, content, privacy practices, products, or services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

7. No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” MARTI RIKINA disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security. 8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MARTI RIKINA and its owners, personnel, affiliates, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, opportunities, or goodwill arising from website use. MARTI RIKINA’s aggregate liability arising solely from website use will not exceed $100. Limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning website use will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Sarasota County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
